I love Moe's... but bless their hearts. The kid put a small bite size blob of guacamole on my home wrecker jr... then struggled with closing it up. I had to ask for the guacamole to be spread out. I was ready to say just put it in a bowl, but tried to be patient. Maybe he's new.

This place looks like a third world country, it's filthy, as soon as we walked into the restaurant we had to ask the manager to have someone clean a huge spill on the floor at the doorway. After ordering we find no tables are clean and the dinning room floor is filthy. They had an army of employees working but they all were standing behind the counter. We again had to go ask the manager to have someone come clean the dinning room and an employee and manager came out and washed all the tables with the same rag with no cleaning spray or cleaning bucket. Very dissatisfied with this location! If they don't keep the dinning room clean what's the kitchen look like?

The food is good, the restaurant is often pretty busy especially when you would think they would be, but otherwise always good fresh and friendly. Also that fresh salsa bar is nice.

This food was good but the restaurant was absolutely filthy! The place was pretty empty when we arrived but every empty table was dirty. We picked the least dirty table to eat, but I was uncomfortable the entire time so I ate pretty fast. The floor under that table was dirty with pieces of chips, napkins, and crushed cookies. When looking around, the entire floor was like this as well. There was no iced tea in the either of the containers. The employees were laughing playing around, since they didn't have a lot customers but no one came over to clean tables or the floor. Unfortunately, this will be the last time eating here.

The food is okay but not nearly as fresh as chipotle. I also was ordering and saw a young worker cut open a bag of pre made Queso and poor it in .... That forever ruined my experience at moes and I have trouble returning to this place.
